TIME’s Top 10 News Stories of 2008: China
TIME magazine recently released the top ten news stories of 2008. With most of the stories on disasters and conflicts, two stories took place in China: poisonous milk powder incident and the Sichuan earthquake disaster. In this year filled with disasters, Chinese nationals and those overseas reflected on the way to face sufferings. Meanwhile, As the Christians from around the world, in particular the Chinese Christians, provided material support and offered prayers for the victims, they’ve also expressed the need for the Chinese people to repent and to seek for God.
