Kate Middleton’s official due date has been widely reported to be July 13th, the Daily Mail Sunday paper reports today.
“A friend of the pair revealed: ‘Some of Kate and William’s closest pals were at the barbecue hosted by a family friend of the royals recently. They were all discussing the fact that Kate’s baby is due to be born on July 13. Everyone was very excited,’” the Mail reported.
Her birth due date falls in the middle of the Coronation Festival, a four-day celebration to mark 60 years since the Queen was crowned, which runs from July 11 to July 14.
Moreover, Prince Harry has reportedly told close friends the Royal couple is expecting a boy, according to Sunday People.
Middleton is scheduled to give birth at the private Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington – the same place William was born – under the supervision of Royal gynaecologists Alan Farthing and Marcus Setchell.
Since last December when it was reported that Middleton was hospitalized for severe morning sickness, the media has been rampantly speculating when her due date might be. Her pregnancy would give birth to the first future monarch since William’s birth in 1982.
