On the evening of January 22, Hong Kong-based Media Evangelism group hosted a dinner-event to promote future Ark research and studies. The event was held at the Crowne Hotel in Union City, CA.
Last year, the Christian-media group had launched its fourth Ark-exploration into Mount Ararat, Turkey in hopes of finding the final resting place of Noah’s Ark.
According to sources, the expedition reportedly met with success bringing back camera-footages of what Media Evangelism says is a large crack in an unusual structure in the snow. The entrance, expedition members say, ends in a long-vertical drop – revealing a huge space inside. The camera crew claimed they saw wood inside when using a long-range camera to peek into the structure.
The crew did not venture into the structure in large parts due to safety concerns associated with unpredictable snowstorms and lack of sufficient equipment to descend into the structure. Sources from the expedition say that the structure inside was vast, but have not provided evidence other than the camera-footage to bolster such claims.
Since then, the group has been publishing its findings in a series of documentary and films surrounding the events of what the groups says is a groundbreaking discovery.
Other Ark-research groups worldwide remain skeptical over the validity of such claims pointing out that Media Evangelism did not return with physical evidence such as wood samples from the site.
Nonetheless, Media Evangelism speaker Man Fai “Andrew” Yun stated to the Gospel Post that the organization was open to having their evidence debunked by future findings concerning Ark research.
More importantly, Yun says, Media Evangelism engages in Ark research not for personal-gain, but for the benefit of the Christian community worldwide. Yun hopes that by finding the physical Ark, many will consider the validity of the Bible – strengthening current evangelism efforts worldwide.
