The new edition of Yoga Tab device is great for binge-watching TV shows. Lenovo claims the device comes with long-lasting battery, powerful speakers and ultra-clear screen. Now, here's the latest round-up of update about Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus release date, specs and price.
Lenovo introduced the table to gadget lovers at this year's IFA Berlin. Compare to other Tab 3 models, the Plus does not have an ability to project movies onto walls. Instead, movie watchers can cast movies to other gadgets with Miracast or Bluetooth.
The screen of Yoga Tab 3 Plus has 1,600 x 2,560-pixel resolution with 299 pixels per inch density. Its chassis also comes with kickstand and IP52-certified water-resistant body. The kickstand allows users to position the tablet upright on any flat surface at any given angle. In addition, the stand has a hole in the middle to hang the device from a hook.
Under the hood, the Yoga Tab 3 Plus is powered by a Qualcomm 652 Snapdragon processor. Because the device has entertainment-centric features, it comes with powerful graphics processing unit. Qualcomm's Adreno 510 is a big boost to the device's display feature, allowing users to watch high definition movies anywhere.
The tablet has built-in 32 GB of internal storage, which is upgradeable for up to 256 GB via microSD card. Plus, it has a decent 3 GB of RAM to prevent lags and screen delays.
As we mentioned earlier, the Yoga Tab 3 Plus is fueled by long-lasting battery. Users can have movie marathon for up to 18 hours, thanks to the tablet's 9300 mAh battery. Also, there's a USB Type-C port which significantly lessens the device's charging time.
To complete the entertainment package, the tablet has four JBL speakers for awesome listening experience.
The Verge reported Lenovo's Yoga Tab 3 Plus will become available on October and will be priced around $299.99.
If the Tab 3 Plus is too pricey, there's Yoga 910 which will also become available next month. Indian Express said this laptop has Intel's latest 7th generation Core i7 processor, up to 16GB RAM and 1TB PCIe SSD. Not only that, it comes with JBL Stereo Speakers with Dolby Audio Premium support and 15.5 hours of battery life.
