Just in time for back to school, HP is delivering an "affordable cloud computing experience" for its users.  We are truly living in an age where cloud computing is at an all-time high.  Laptops and other portable devices still need better processing, but considering that consumers are more into social media and storing data on the cloud with web-based programs, it is the web connection and not the processor that keep consumers upgrading their laptops.  This is why HP is giving consumers strong Wi-Fi antenna technology, as well as making these new PCs more affordable.  This is what is known about HP's New cloud-optimized laptops that include the 14-inch laptop, Stream 11, and x360 with release dates and prices.

According to The Verge, HP is expanding its Windows-based Stream PC lineup this month with a 14-inch laptop as well as revamping its older offerings, which includes the Stream 11 and x360.  The 14-inch laptop comes with 32 GB eMMC storage, 4GB DDR3L SDRAM, as well as an Intel Celeron N3060 Processor.  The revamped 11.6-inch offerings come with the same specs and were updated with a better processor.

Both of these particular laptops are good for a few extra hours of battery life, a lighter weight, and a thinner form factor.  Each of these particular laptops are able to flex into four positions which HP describes as laptop mode (for working), standing mode (for entertainment), tablet mode (for on-the-go) and tent mode (for sharing).

The notebooks also have a dual-antenna 802.11 ac 2 x 2 Wi-Fi made for improved wireless connectivity as well as some faster connection speeds, which comes in hand for when you want less buffering on your videos.

In addition to those features, these laptops come with USB 3.0 on its ports and connectors.  They have some serious vibrant color options in select regions such as Aqua Blue, Violet Purple, Snow White, and even Jack Black (yes, just like the actor, but only available for the x360).

Remember how I mentioned that this arrived just in time for back-to-school?  It would appear that the Stream 11 Pro is made with 2 x 2 Wi-Fi to ensure connectivity in classrooms.

These laptops are very affordable with The Stream 11 starting at $199 when it is released at the end of the month.  The Stream 14 is planning on being $219 when it comes out on September 7th.  Select models of the new Stream notebooks come with a one-year subscription of Office 365 Personal, with full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.  Users also get 1 TB of storage space on OneDrive for easy storing and content sharing, as well as 60 Skype World minutes per month.
