With Pokémon GO becoming the phenomenon that it has, the next offering of Pokémon Sun and Moon is going to be selling very well when it hits its release date. There is a new trailer that reveals more about the game, and how it will be possible to use a Z-Ring to play it, along with other news.
According to iDigitalTimes, the trailer really turned heads as it showed fans the inclusion of Alola Fors for some Gen 1 Pokémon that includes the Vulpix as well as the Sandshrew line and Exeggutor.
There is a possibility that there won't be any more gyms, as there were in previous Pokémon games. This hasn't been made official, but there is something called the Island Challenge. This is a rite that will have the player traveling to each of the four islands, allowing the player to become quite a Pokémon Trainer.
The Island Challenge has the player meeting one of the four Trail Captains who all specialize in a single type of Pokémon, and then they will give a trainer a task. This involves facing off against a Totem Pokémon a stronger version of a Pokémon previously met.
Another thing that might replaces a Pokémon tradition is Alola forms. Since Gen 6, there has been Mega Evolution, but this Alola Form Pokémon could be Pokémon that adapted to new climates. Also, some Pokémon have adapted to distinctive microclimates of the Alola region, taking on different forms that they have in other regions, who would be regional variants. What is very interesting is a Pokémon named Oricorio, a bird that can change its type depending on its location, particularly the island.
So, chances are that you have heard about the Pokémon GO Plus bracelet that looks like a Pokeball. There will also be a similar gaming accessory with the Z-Ring, a special bracelet that will come in a toy version at the time of the launch, according to Polygon. So far, there is no word on the price or exact release date for this toy, but it will be used for the Z-Move.
This is the report of the Z-Move, a very strong move that can be used once per battle. A trainer needs a Z-Ring with a Z-Crystal in it, and the Pokémon need to have that same Z-Crystal for the move to work and has to move with the corresponding type. So you as the trainer have to have a Crystal with Electric, Fire, Water, and Grass, to match that Pokémon of that type.
If you want to see Pokémon Sun and Moon, then you will have to wait until November 18, 2016 on the 3DS.
