With the upcoming release of the video game "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse," it has been revealed that players would see character changes in the game.
In the official "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" website, the character's appearances have changed. A case in point is Goku's blue hair, which deviated from its original light yellow color. Also, it can be noted that his skin color is green, instead of the typical flesh color.
The website also noted that there will be a free pass for VIPs on the VIP corner, along with a "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F" costume pack. The content also features 1 SSGSS movie wig, SSGSS Vegeta movie costume, and SSGSS Goku movie costume.
As per the previous report from Gospel Herald, the upcoming "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse" expansion pack unleashes new character abilities when they change forms. As per the report, Frieza acquires new abilities like turning his opponents into gold when he reaches his ultimate evolution.
In addition to Frieza's transformative capabilities, Saiyan God Duper Saiyan Goku's hair also turns blue when he uses "godly ki."
Along with the "Dragon Ball" characters, players can reportedly use the character Naruto Uzumaki from "Naruto" in "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse." According to One Angry Gamer, the character does not look like a ninja, just like what fans got used to in the "Naruto Shippuden" game.
The upcoming "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse" update is also rumored to feature Jaco the Galactic Patrolman in the game. It is reported that the character is filled with incredible strength that he could beat some Frieza's soldiers.
In the game, players can explore several 3D battle arenas, which are modeled after iconic locations in the "Dragon Ball" universe, such as the Toki-Toki City. The gamers' characters can combat on land, water, and air.
Also, the characters say some lines during battle, as well as facial expressions when they hit an opponent or when they get hit by an opponent. Players can also spend time exploring Earth, since the planet exists in the "Dragon Ball" universe.
"Dragon Ball: Xenoverse," also known as "Dragon Ball XV," is the 15th "Dragon Ball" fighting game released on home consoles since Dimps' first "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai" game.
