Last week, Duggar claimed he has proof that he did not abuse Danica Dillion, who has filed a $500,000 lawsuit against him. But the porn star is not backing down on her claims, stating that she actually got photos to back her allegations that they met for sex and Duggar was very abusive.
The Hollywood Gossip reported that the US District Court documents confirmed that Dillon's attorney has already offered to show the evidence. While the contents of the photographs are yet unclear, it now remains a mystery why Duggar is also confident that he has the perfect evidence to prove his innocence, some images that are yet to be revealed as well. It remains to be seen whether these photos from both camps will ultimately be revealed so that the case can be resolved as soon as possible.
Last week, Radar Online exclusively revealed that Duggar is using his Uber receipts and flight records to prove his innocence. These documents are said to be his perfect alibis because they showed he was not even physically present in Pennsylvania during the time of the alleged sex abuse incident. Duggar used these documents to make his sworn certification, which was filed on January 19. "Specifically, on March 12-14, 2015 or April 17-18, 2015, I was either in Texas, Maryland-Washington, D.C, or flying to Texas from Maryland and provided evidence of that to my attorney," Duggar wrote "...I was not in the District on those dates and never caused Plaintiff any injury anywhere."
Radar Online also reported that the married father of four is very confident of his confident he did not engage in any of the accusations against him by Dillon that he has plans to subpoena the strip club and hotels he supposedly met with Dillon. When these establishments are called into court, surveillance footage and witness testimony may be required.
According to Pennsylvania Attorney Jeffrey A. Condrad, "Affidavits from eyewitnesses present with Defendant in other states on the dates in question will be obtained."
This current case revolves around Dillon's allegations that the "19 kids and Counting" star choked her and called her demeaning names while they engage in paid sexual activities. These allegations and charges came after Duggar announced that he cheated on his wife, Anna and was a pornography addict. As of now, he is undergoing rehabilitation in a facility. He was confined there since August 2015.
