"Jurassic World" star and outspoken Christian Chris Pratt recently joined Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson and his girlfriend, singer/model Ciara in spreading Christmas cheer by visiting patients at Seattle Children's Hospital.

According to a report from People Magazine, the stars posed for photos, gave gifts and visited for several hours with patients both at the Seattle hospital and the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic on Tuesday.

Pratt, 36, shared a sweet image of the visit on his Instagram page in which he referred to Wilson -- also an outspoken Christian -- as one of his "personal role models."

"Had the most amazing day at @seattlechildrens hospital," Pratt captioned the photo. "Got to meet a ton of great kids and parents. Also got to spend some time with one of my personal role models@dangerusswilson and his lovely lady Ciara. I am truly living the dream. Say a prayer for all those kids who don't get to be at home for Xmas."

Following the hashtags #merryxmas #HappyHolidays, Pratt wrote, "Psalm 37:3-4 'Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.'"

As reported by the Gospel Herald, the Parks and Recreation star has a special place in his heart for children undergoing medical treatment as his own son,  Jack, was born nine weeks premature back in August 2012 and forced to spend a month in intensive care.

"It restored my faith in God, not that it needed to be restored, but it really redefined it," Pratt revealed earlier this year. "The baby was so beautiful to us, and I look back at the photos of him and it must have been jarring for other people to come in and see him, but to us he was so beautiful and perfect."

He later revealed that only he and his wife, Ana Faris, were allowed to touch Jack; everyone else had to wear gloves during the ICU treatment.

"My little boy was laying across my neck and chest feeling my heartbeat and feeling my love, and I played him country music and I sang to him and I made him promises... in that moment... you know, about... just about what kind of dad I wanted to be, and I just prayed that he'd be here long enough and he was going to let me keep him," Pratt said.

The Seattle Children's Hospital blog notes that Wilson visits the hospital every Tuesday while Ciara's presence was a special treat.

The 27-year-old football star also shared a photo of the visit along with the caption: "Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from @Prattprattpratt@Ciara & I from @SeattleChildrens"

The blog also notes that the trio, in partnership with Amazon and Wilson's "Why Not You" Foundation, brought "two larger-than-life gift boxes filled with toys, Amazon devices and gift cards" for the patients. Every child at the hospital was also gifted with an Amazon device, such as the Fire HD and Kindle Paperwhite.

"Thanks @Amazon for the @AmazonKindle for All 300 patients in @SeattleChildrens today from @Ciara & I," Wilson wrote on Instagram.

Wilson, Ciara and Pratt clearly succeeded in sharing God's love and Christmas cheer with the children, who were reportedly thrilled by both the gifts and the celebrity visit: "I just watched Russell Wilson play this weekend," 16-year-old Joseph Thomas, who is recovering from a spinal cord injury, told the blog. "It was really nice and surreal to see him today. It's the thought that means the most. He really cares."

He added, "I've been in a hospital bed for a long time...It was nice to get out of my room. I've spent a lot of time here."
