"Pretty Little Liars" Season 6B premieres on January 12th on ABC family, wherein the girls jumps five years into the future. Throw in a new bad guy and fans are back to being hooked. Here's a roundup of the release date and some spoilers.

With a new sexy poster as well as the video teaser for Season 6B already out, "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6B is certainly just around the corner. In the poster recently released, the five girls can be seen sporting all black and sexy ensemble while they work the cemetery as if they are in a modeling runway. Interestingly, they can be seen holding a coffin. Who is inside the coffin and why does it concern Hana, Aria, Spencer, Emily, and Alison? After the big reveal of who "A" really is last season, why is there now a dead person? Could it be "A" then? Fans would just have to speculate on their own.

Charlotte DiLaurentis, the transgender older sister of Alison is "A." That was the takeaway from the hot last season. In the finale of 6A, Charlotte was put away somewhere, so the idea that she is still alive is quite strong. However, one of the main cliffhangers on that finale is that the girls needed to return to Rosewood to protect Alison from a "him." Fans can certainly speculate that whoever this guy is, he might be the one inside the coffin.

Naturally, with Charlotte's identity now revealed, there is a need for a "new big bad." It could be Charlotte still or another person who is out to get the girls. Speaking with TV Guide, showmaker Marlene King claimed that the new villain would certainly be revealed on this upcoming season. "By the end of [Season] 6B, you will pretty much know who or who's related to this big bad," she said.

Apart from who the new villain is, fans can expect to see how the five girls fared five years after Charlotte was removed from their hair and put away. Buddy TV has the rundown of who the five girls are now, five years after all the excitement in Rosewood.

Aria Montgomery now works for a publishing company and dating a co-worker. It seems that she already moved on from Ezra, but things would turn spicy for her again once Ezra got a job from the same company.

Hanna Marin is studying fashion after moving to New York with Caleb. It seems too that she and Caleb are already broken up since she is engaged to someone else. Caleb, on the other hand, is now a good friend of Toby. It remains to be seen what would happen when Caleb and Hanna meet again in Rosewood.

Compared to the other girls, Emily Fields' life is not as rosy for the past five years. Her military father passed away. She went to California but was not able to pursue her degree. She became a bartender instead. Things just might change though when she returns to Rosewood.

Spencer Hastings did well in Georgetown as expected and now has a great career in politics. While she's living her career dream in DC, one setback is that she cannot spend a lot of time with Toby. Naturally, they grew apart. Returning to Rosewood may or may not bring them closer.

Contrary to what she expected for herself, Alison DiLaurentis stayed in Rosewood as a teacher at Rosewood High. She acts as the main reason the girls would be going back to Rosewood because she needs them to testify on behalf of Charlotte, who seems to be rehabilitated. Despite all that happened, she remained close to Charlotte and is now dating her sister's doctor.

When it comes to the girls' relationships to one another, it remains to be seen if they are still going to be as close as they were five years ago. In one specific promo poster, Inquistr reported that there might even be tension between Aria Montgomery and Alison DiLaurentis.
