Kendrick Sampson shares insider information on the shocking "How to Get Away with Murder'" shocking mid-season finale. According to the actor, who played rich kid Caleb Hapstall, he was really impressed by the hard work of all his co-stars on that particular episode.

Speaking of Vanity Fair, Sampson shared that he thought he already got the plot down pat for the mid-season finale. He evens shared his idea to the show's star Viola Davis, who did not agree with him. "I think that you're going to have this big dramatic moment where you're convincing them to shoot you," he remembered telling Davis, to which the actress replied with an "I don't think so."

Asked if Davis probably already knew the plot then, Sampson could not say. What the actor shared though is that everyone on the set had a good time playing detective, trying to solve the mystery of the show.

Even though he was not on the shoot for the mid-season finale's episode, he knew it was really big, considering how his co-stars acted the next day. The episode included Davis' character, Annalise Keating being shot by Wes after her own encouragement. Sampson shared that everyone on that set that day gave their all for the scene because on the next day, everyone was tired and exhausted. He said he was really impressed by the cast's dedication.

Sampson is not yet sure what his rich kid role is hiding. All he knows is that like everyone else on the show, Caleb must be guilty of something. He is also not sure if his character would be killed off. Regardless, however, he said he still feel that he had a good run.

This is not the first interview Caleb dished out insider information on the popular show. In a fun interview with Zimbio, Sampson recounted one of his embarrassing moments on the show and how his co-stars prepare for sex scenes.

Asked about what embarrassing event happened on the set by Zimbio, he gamely recounted, "I haven't had anything too embarrassing, really. On the first day, first scene I shot, Viola bursts in the room and I'm supposed to stand up and say, "You need to leave." Instead I had a strange Texas moment. When she bursts through the door, I confidently said, "Ya'll need to leave!" and was immediately confused. Her face twitched a little bit and she continued. Obviously she's the only person who needed to leave."

He also added that whenever someone in the cast need to do a sexy scene, they go on a "sex scene diet."
