Now that The Blacklist has reached the finale this fall for Season 3, the question is, will Red (James Spader) finally unleash a plan that will tear down the threatening Cabal?

The Blacklist's Episode 8 is the season finale and is entitled Kings of the Highway, and will air on Nov. 19. The latest episode is streamed live on the NBC website. The teaser shows how Red seems very optimistic that they are finally on the doorstep of having Liz Keen (Megan Boone) exonerated.

Nevertheless, the road to freedom is packed with hindrances that the duo must overcome.

The Christian Post reports the episode's synopsis:

Red, Samar (Mozhan Marno), Tom (Ryan Eggold) and Cooper (Harry Lennix) are all working hard to get Liz Keen off the hook. In the trailer, Red is particularly positive that this plan is going to work. Nevertheless, Samar feels that the plan will be the death of Liz.

Meanwhile, the story zooms in on Samar. Terrorists have taken employees of a tech company hostage and start killing to the employees while the rescue operation is moving forward and the body count rises.

In the midst of this, Samar finds out that her brother whom she thought died in Iran is alive. And it turns out that this brother is the terrorist "Zal Bin Hasaan" whom Red and the FBI have been tracking down for a long time.

Eventually, the terrorist is captured by Red, and he gives Samar the option of either handing her brother over to the FBI or Red. Samar chooses Red.

This works just fine for Red as he plans to exchange Zal Bin Hasaan for Liz's exoneration. This will then signal the end of the Cabal. The question is, will it work?

Meanwhile, Megan Boone, who plays FBI profiler, Elizabeth Keen, is said to have spoken out against female discrimination in the largely male-dominated entertainment industry, Australia's News reports.

The 32-year-old currently plays a character who has an unexplained relationship with the main lead. The more intriguing possibility is that James Spader's character may be her father.

Boone reveals that she acknowledges there is male chauvinism in the industry, even on the set of The Blacklist, and it's something that she will not stand for.

"I have grown to have a palpable intolerance of chauvinism, and it is rampant in this Industry. I am up to here with it, and I am never doing it again," the actress insisted.
