Jennifer Garner hasn't forgiven her erring husband, Batman vs Superman star Ben Affleck just yet, but sources say she is doing everything to keep the family together, even it means dragging Ben to church, The Daily Mail reports.

The Hollywood A-Lister couple has been thriving and is doing a lot better ever since news erupted of their impending divorce after Ben was discovered carrying on in an affair with former nanny, Christine Ouzounian, 28, who was in charge of the couple's three kids, nine-year-old Violet, six-year-old Seraphina, and Samuel, three.

The discovery put a strain on Bennifer and fans deplored the breaking up of the beloved Hollywood couple. However, Ben Affleck's camp released a statement in July this year saying that none of the adultery reports are true. It had been previously reported that Ben and the infamous nanny met while Jennifer and Ben were undergoing a confidential trial separation that spanned ten months.

Now that the scandal has died down, reports say that Jennifer, who has publicly declared her commitment to her family, is willing to give things a try and do her part to keep Ben in the family life. The report says that Ben is more than willing to cooperate.

Efforts have included attending church, going to the farmers markets together and taking the kids to and karate. Only last month, the estranged couple was seen going to a marriage counseling center in Los Angeles, even though they arrived and left the location separately. Jennifer cannot be faulted at doing her best, because she does not want the lives of her children disrupted, the Daily Mail reports.

In the meantime, The Christian Post reports that Bennifer, who are both 43, have now let down their guards and are being more honest to one another. Apparently, Jennifer's efforts in reaching out to her husband and choosing not to dwell on the past seem to be paying off. The report claims that the two feel "There is still love there that they are trying to figure out."

Despite claims from Ben's party that no relationship with Ouzounian took place, Christian Post claims this relationship actually did happen but is now at an end. The report also said that the former nanny is enraged that Ben did not keep the promises he made to her after the high profile celebrity split in June.

E! Online further reports that not only is the nanny at the sorry end of the deal but she is also still stuck at her parents' house in Santa Monica and trying to get an opportunity that will let her cash in on her failed relationship with the actor. The report claims that she and Ben are no longer contacting each other.
