Apparently A&E's Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson will be voting for Donald Trump in the upcoming elections, and he's not too ashamed to talk about it, the Huffington Post reports.
Ever since the king of real estate Donald Trump, announced his intent to run for the presidential seat, scandalous and intriguing feedback have emerged from all corners of American society. The latest news is that Robertson is joining the bandwagon of Trump supporters, now effectively reversing his decision to support GOP presidential candidate Gov. Bobby Jindal .
The Duck Dynasty star announced his choice at the Oklahoma State Fair, shortly after Trump ran his campaign in the vicinity.
Presidential hopefuls value their high profile endorsements, and Governor Jindal is no different. Jindal proudly went on the show in 2014. He has made no reservations in admitting that Duck Dynasty, a reality TV program that follows a family who runs the Duck Commander company (which produces and distributes duck hunting merchandise), is one of his favorites. And much to his pleasure, Jindal was effectively endorsed by the Duck Dynasty star even prior to his officially joining the race.
Robertson's change of mind doesn't bother Jindal one bit, however. With Jindal still proudly displaying his picture with the Duck Dynasty stars on his Twitter, and making no small talk about his close relationship with the Robertsons.
Jindal will no doubt be disappointed that Robertson has started comparing himself with the real estate mogul. "We're both successful businessmen," Robertson says. "We both have pretty big shows on television and we both have wives that are 1,000 times better looking than us."
Meanwhile Fox News reports that Missy Robertson and husband Jase are reliving the trauma of discovering that their then unborn daughter Mia had cleft lip. The discovery of the cleft lip and palate was made during a 4-D ultrasound at 31 weeks in gestation.
"I noticed it, and when I asked the technician, I looked at her and realized she had already seen it and she said 'I need to get the doctor,'" Missy was quoted saying so to Fox News. Missy admits they have overcome the hurdle but they remain on a journey where they are "using the knowledge and information that we have."
