The 19 Kids and Counting clan have been battling adversities since the year 2015 started. While the TLC show has had its share of detractors, the critics flooded the network and its execs with complaints when news broke out regarding the child molestation charges brought against a teenage Josh Duggar. Throughout the hailstorm of hatred and criticism, however, Josh Duggar had one solid ally behind him: Anna Duggar. His wife of seven years stood by the 19 Kids and Counting star as the public hurled insults and attacks on his person. In fact, Anna Duggar did not escape the blame game that also saw Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar in the spotlight.
However, it seems that the revelation of Josh Duggar's extramarital affairs by the hackers who infiltrated the Ashley Madison is the last straw for Anna Duggar. Reports are pointing out to that the move of Anna Duggar to the family home of her parents in Florida might signify her intentions of reconsidering her marital union with Josh Duggar. Reports also share that Anna Duggar only visited husband Josh Duggar at Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois, where the 19 Kids and Counting reality star had himself committed after admitting to pornography and sex addictions, once since he checked in the treatment facility. Moreover, Anna Duggar has been noticeably absent in the recent outings of the 19 Kids and Counting family - a move that could also be construed as her way of distancing herself from Jill Duggar Dillard, Jessa Duggar Seewald and the rest of Jim Bob Duggar's brood.
According to Hollywood Life, Anna Duggar's siblings are rallying behind her for support and are encouraging her to separate from her erring husband. "Daniel is leading the charge to get Anna out of her dysfunctional marriage and away from her cheating husband," revealed a source. The insider added, "He has rallied a couple of their sisters and brothers to take this opportunity to talk some sense into Anna. They know when she's at home surrounded by the Duggars and their friends, Anna will never listen to them. But Daniel and the others are hoping that getting her away from the Duggar clan will help. They want to stage a family meeting or divorce intervention and really tell Anna how they feel." Daniel is the brother of Anna Duggar who vehemently attacked the 19 Kids and Counting reality stars earlier this year as he openly expressed his desire to get his sister out of the Duggar family once and for all.
Meanwhile, Jessa Duggar Seewald along with husband Ben Seewald as well as Jill Duggar Dillard and hubby Derick Dillard are set to star in reality series specials to be aired by TLC soon. "We know that our audience is really excited about what's been going on with Jill and Jessa as they move into young adulthood," announced Nancy Daniels, the executive vice president and general manager of TLC, referring to the upcoming show that will feature Jessa Duggar Seewald and her family, according to the Associated Press. The TLC exec added, "Now they're both at the precipice of big changes. With what was happening in their lives in the next few months, it felt like now is the time (for the specials), and we got going pretty quickly."
