Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard of the hit TLC show "19 Kids and Counting" recently took a look back on the past year and shared some of their favorite milestones on social media.
On Tuesday, Jill postedd a sweet photo with her husband on Instagram, reflecting back on how much their lives have changed over the last 12 months.
"A year ago today my best friend made it home from Nepal," she wrote of Dillard, who returned from a missionary trip in early 2014. "Today I'm married to him and 32 weeks pregnant with our little man! We've been abundantly blessed this last year and are SO grateful to God!"
She also shared a passage from the Bible, praising God for her unborn baby boy, who is due in March. "'...I will offer in His tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yes I will sing praises unto the Lord." -Psalm 27:6," she wrote. "#derickdillard #babydilly #32weekspregnant."
Her husband also reflected on their courtship on his Instagram account: "It's hard to believe that it's just 2 days short of a year ago that Jill and I embraced at this same place when I returned home from Nepal!" he wrote, alongside a photo with his beaming pregnant wife. "Then we were courting, now we're expecting our firstborn son in just 2 months! God is so good! #blessed #jilldillard #babydilly."
The couple, who have nicknamed their son Baby Dilly, were thrilled to discover Jill was pregnant just two months after they were married and often share updates of the soon-to-be-mama's growing bump.
"We were super excited," Jill told Us Weekly after explaining how she took three pregnancy tests before getting a positive result. "We prayed together and thanked God for this new little life. I was screaming and everything."
Jill added, "[Derick]was like, 'Don't get too excited! You might stress out the baby or something.' He's so cute. He's so sweet."
When asked why they shared the news so early, Jill explained, "Believing that life begins at conception and that every life is precious no matter how young, we would-even if there were to be a miscarriage-we would still want that child to be recognized."
Jill has previously said that her love of children comes from growing up in a big family: "I have loved having lots of brothers and sisters," she said. "Although Derick comes from a family with just one brother, both of us would love to have as many children as God will give us."
On January 4, parents Jim Bob and Michelle shared a photo of their 23-year-old daughter Jill showing her at 28 weeks along.
"Sweet picture of our Jill and her little one! At this point in gestation, there is now a 90% chance that he could survive outside the womb. Life is beautiful. We can't wait to meet this boy!" they wrote.
The season premiere of 19 Kids & Counting starts its ninth season Feb. 17 at 9 p.m. on TLC.
