Ubisoft's The Crew will soon need beta-testers for the next round of trials that will be focusing on the Playstation 4 and Xbox One version of the game.
Interested gamers can start registering on The Crew's official website. For now the exact start of the beta-testing remains unknown, even though Ubisoft said it will begin in late September. Participants can only register for either the PS4 or Xbox One consoles.
This newest beta represents the third in a series of public trials conducted by Ubisoft. The first two betas were released in July and August for PC version. In August, Ubisoft announced that it would be running similar tests for next-gen consoles.
Of an important reminder, what is seen in the beta may not be included in the final release version of the game. The previous two betas had a few bugs, but were generally well-received by critics. Hopefully, problems in the earlier betas will be resolved by the final release.
The Crew is coming to stores on Nov. 11 for the PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. Curiously, the upcoming open-world racing game will not be playable on Playstation 3 and the Wii U.
Most versions of The Crew can be pre-ordered on Uplay, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. Those who pre-order will get Limited Edition bonuses that includes early car unlocks such as the BMW Z4, Dodge Ram SRT 10, and Mini-Cooper S. Other perks include 10,000 Crew Credits.
