Arrow Season 3 will start seeing Flash-Arrow crossovers in episode 8, according to the show's writer/producer Marc Guggenheim in a questions-and-answer video that was posted on the official Arrow Facebook page on Wednesday, Aug. 8.

In the video, Guggenheim was joined onstage by members of the cast that included Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards, Colton Haynes, John Barrowman, Willa Holland, Caity Lotz, Paul Blackthorne, and David Ramsey. However, Katie Cassidy was absent for reasons unknown.

CW will air Arrow Season 3 on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 8/7c.

Q&A Reveals Spoilers and Cast Insights

The recent video revealed many spoilers as well as thoughts from the cast of the popular CW program.

When asked what his favorite part of the show, actor Stephen Amell replied, "Working with these [cast] people." Amell plays Oliver Queen, the billionaire-playboy who moonlights as the Green Arrow superhero.

Next, a fan asked what everyone's favorite memory on set was. The entire cast appeared momentarily tongue-tied. "What is your favorite memory on set," John Barrowman asked co-star Willa Holland.

"When I got to shoot you," Holland jokingly replied. "That was actually pretty awesome!"

Barrowman stars as the villainous Malcolm Merlyn, while Holland plays his biological daughter Thea. In the second season finale, Thea shoots her father in the chest without killing him. Much to Thea's disgust, Merlyn is proud she shot him because it is proof they share the same blood.

Another viewer asked if the Green Arrow will get a costume update. "Suit upgrade is coming. There is going to be new stuff added to the suit...at some point in the season," Stephen Amell confirmed.

In the middle of Season 2, Oliver gets a new mask from Barry Allen. Played by Grant Gustin, Barry will get his own Arrow spin-off, titled the Flash. Both shows will crossover with each other in the fall on CW network.

Season 3 will also feature a host of new characters from the DC Comics Universe that inspired the series. These new roles were confirmed late last month at San Diego Comic-Con.
