The Spurs lead the best-of-7 series at 3-1. All of the wins exceeded double digits, but the Trail Blazers avoided elimination in Game 4 with a 103-92 win. If Spurs defeat the Trail Blazers tonight, San Antonio would enter the NBA Playoffs Finals and the Portland would be eliminated.

In Game 3, Spurs won with 118-103; in Game 2, they had 114-97; in Game 1, they beat Portland with 116-92. With home court advantage, the Spurs are expected the finish off the semifinal series tonight.

LaMarcus Aldridge, who averaged 29.8 points in the first-round series against the Houston Rockets, was limited in coring under the relentless defense from Tim Duncan and Tiago Splitter.

"We know that we haven't played our best basketball, so now we have to," Aldridge said after losing in Game 3, according to AP. "Going home, every guy has to play better, starting with me, and I think every guy will."

Spurs took off in Game 1 with a quick start, defeating Trail Blazers in a 116-92 victory. Tony Parker lead in scoring and the Spurs defense shut down the Blazers. The Spurs led by 13 after first quarter and 26 at halftime.

San Antonio limited Portland to 37.8 percent shooting and just four 3-pointers while forcing 20 turnovers, according to NBA.com. Damian Lillard was 6 for 15, Nicolas Batum was 3 for 12 and Wesley Matthews had a quiet 2-for-6 night.

"Most of the guys on our team haven't even been in the second round and they've won the championships," said Aldridge, who scored 32 points and had 14 rebounds, according to NBA.com. 'They've been here. I think they definitely came out and they let us know how it's going to be. I think every guy on the team understands that."
