Glee Season 5 Episode 20 airs tonight May 13, 2014 at 8 p.m. on Fox. The finale titled The Untitled Rachel Berry Project, Rachel (Lea Michele) receives a surprise opportunity of a lifetime when a famous TV writer, played by Kristen Schaal, offers her a TV debut.
The official plot synopsis for the season finale reads, "Rachel meets an eccentric TV writer in the Season 5 finale. Meanwhile, Sam and Mercedes move forward in their careers; and Blaine performs with June Dolloway at NYADA."
On last week’s episode, Rachel, Santana and Mercedes needed to do some damage control after Rachel was spotted leaving the television pilot audition. They arrange a charity benefitting a local dog shelter which they aptly name Broadway Bitches. While the girls are off fixing Rachel’s name, Kurt attempted to make a name for himself and ended up in a senior citizen production of Peter Pan.
