The Nets will attempt to tie the series 2-2 with a win tonight at home court, but the Heat players are not looking to elongate the best-of-7 series in the Eastern Conference NBA seminfinal playoffs.

"We know we can take it up a notch, we know we're going to have to," said center Chris Bosh, with Saturday's 104-90 loss, according to South Florida Sun Sentinel. "And as this series goes on, we're going to have to play harder, because the longer the series goes, the tougher it is to win a game."

Brooklyn's Paul Pierce made it clear on Sunday that the Heat is a juggernaut.

"You've got to have that type of mental ego against a juggernaut. You go against the best, a lot of series are won on fear factor, like, or non-belief. When you have that non-belief, then you have no chance," he said, according to AP.

"What I try to do in this locker room, or with my teammates, is just try to give them belief that we can beat this team. They're not unbeatable."

The Nets made 15 of if 25 3-point shots, outrebounded Heat 43-27, and limited LeBron James to two baskets through last three quarters after he had 16 points on 6-of-7 shooting in the first quarter.

In Game 2, the defending NBA championship team Heat lead the series 2-0 with a 94-82 win

Nets' Deron Williams couldn't score in Game 2, and Kevin Garnett barely scored at all.

The Nets still believe that they can beat the Heat as they've done in all four matchups during the regular season.

"We have a lot of confidence in ourselves," Garnett said, according to AP. "We just have to go home and defend our home court."

In Game 1, they shot 57 percent, and dominated the game with a 107-86 win. The series opener perhaps stunned the Nets who had won 4-0 games in the regular season against the Heat.

While the margin looked comfortable, head coach Erik Spoelstra remained tense about the series.

"They're a veteran-enough group, Brooklyn, to know that the final score doesn't mean anything in the playoffs," Spoelstra said, according to AP. "It's a long series. Throw that one away, you still have another opportunity to do what you came for. We had very good urgency and focus coming into that same game. We cannot have a letdown."

The Nets kept LeBron James and Dwayne Wade to a limited scoring run and 13 turnovers. But Brooklyn allowed five Miami players to reach double figures.

"That hurt," Nets guard Joe Johnson said, according to AP. "Defensively that's not us, man. We can't let the other guys around LeBron and Wade have 15, 17 points. To beat this team, you can't allow that."

Going into Game 1 against the NBA Champion, the Nets swept the Heat, winning three of those games by a mere point, in the regular-season series, and beating Miami in all four matches.

Despite the stats, Heat's Dwyane said it doesn't matter.

"They figured out a way to beat us four time and that hasn't happened," said Wade, who missed two of the four Brooklyn-Miami games this season, according to AP. "So we've got to crack the code."
