Dancing With the Stars Season 18 returns for episode 6 tonight, April 21 at 8 pm EST on ABC. LMFAO's Redfoo will be in the house as guest judge alongside Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba. The night will kick-off with everyone dancing to some of the greatest party anthems of all time and will keep rolling all night with another Macy's Stars of Dance choreographed by Derek Hough.
Last week was Disney Week and the stars danced to the famous songs from Disney films. Guess who was eliminated? Australian pop singer Cody Simpson and Witney Carson were sent home.
On DWTS Week 5, James Maslow earned four 10s for total of 40 points - the first perfect score of the season. He and his partner Peta danced contemporary to the hit song "Let It Go" from the film, "Frozen." Tonioli called the routine a "contemporary blockbuster," while Inaba said she cried throughout the entire performance. "What I saw here was absolute artistry .. I did not expect this from you. Congratulations." Goodman said the routine would "melt the coldest heart, even mine."
Amy Purdy had a rough rehearsal week. She broke down due to the frustrations that come with her unique situation. She and Derek Hough danced the waltz to 'So This is Love' from Cinderella, they earn three 9s and one 10 for a total of 37.
"Being an athlete, I never thought of being a princess, but this whole experience makes me think that way," Purdy said.
Olympian Charlie White and Sharna Burgess danced jazz to “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” from the film “Mary Poppins,” their routine was fast paced and impressive. Despite White dropped his cane during one of many technical points in the performance, Osmond called it “an amazing performance,” Inaba likened White to “a wave of happiness … except for the cane, fantastic. Stupendous,” she said.
"That, as a performance, was fantastic," Goodman said. "I'm not concerned about the cane because I think you came out and wowed this audience."
White earned three 9s – and a 10 from Goodman – for a total of 37 points.
