The Xbox One is one of the most highly anticipated new consoles of the year, along with Sony's Playstation 4 (PS4).
As the release date is right around the corner, Microsoft reveals more details about the next generation Xbox One console. Microsoft claims that the console will boot faster than the TV it is connected to. The release date is currently set for November 22, 2013 and will retail for $499.
Several of the major titles such as Assassin's Creed IV, Battlefield and Call of Duty: Ghosts will launch on both consoles when they hit the market. Microsoft announced 51 games will be released during the Xbox One's initial launch window including exclusives like Titanfall, Halo 5, Dead Rising 3, Forza Motorsport 5, as well as multi-platform games such as Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and FIFA 14.
Xbox One has an 8 core CPU built by Microsoft specifically for the One by AMD, as well as a D3D 11.1 graphics chip with a dedicated 32MB of built-in ESRAM memory. It also has 8GB DDR3 of RAM and a 500GB hard disk drive for storage. You will also find a Blu-ray player for the first time on an Xbox console.

On the other hand, PS4 will launch on November 15 in the U.S. and will cost $399. Unlike the Xbox One that will ship with Kinect, the PS4 will not ship with the Playstation Camera included in the box.
Sony PS4's launch day exclusives include: Killzone: Shadow Fall, DC Universe Online, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Warframe, War Thunder, Contrast, Blacklight:Retribution, Escape-Plan, Flow, Flower, Pinball Arcade, Putty Squad, Resogun, SoundShapes, Switch Galaxy Ultra , DC Universe Online, Skylanders SWAP Force, Super Motherload, Tiny Brains, and Warframe.
Boasting 8GB of unified system memory, PS4 houses a "highly enhanced" PC GPU containing a unified array of 18 compute units, which collectively generate 1.84 Teraflops of processing power that can freely be applied to graphics, simulation tasks, or some mixture of the two.
