The Xbox One will be available in stores on November 22, 2013, a week ahead of the Sony PS4's release date. Microsoft's newest video game console retails for $499 in the US and is available for pre-order at the Microsoft store and other retailers.
The black console will launch in 13 countries: the UK, US, Ireland, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
Microsoft describes the Xbox One as "the ultimate all in one entertainment system - one system for a new generation." It has the second generation of Kinect baked in nice and deep and has powerful specs similar to those of the Sony PS4.
Pre-Order and Games information can be found on Xbox official website.
Xbox One comes with an x64 8 core CPU as well as a D3D 11.1 graphics chip with 32MB of built in memory. It has 8GB DDR3 of RAM and a 500GB hard disk drive for storage.
There is also an addition of a Blu-ray player - for the first time on an Xbox console - meaning it can look Sony's PS4 square the eye when it comes to spinning HD movies.
