The 2013 America's Got Talents season 8 winner goes to Kenichi Ebina, the Japanese dancer, whose robotic dance moves mixed with 3d backdraft continuously awed the judges and the crowd.
Kenichi Ebina, 38, is a dance performer of Japanese origin. His solo act features his unique self-taught style which combines a number of different styles, including freestyle hip-hop, mime, jazz, and ethnic dance.
The results including five other finalists were announced on Wednesday evening at America's Got Talents season 8 finale on Sept. 18, 2013:
Sixth Place: Cami Bradley
Fifth Place: Collins Key
Fourth Place: Forte
Third Place: Jimmy Rose
Second Place: Taylor Williamson
First Place: Kenichi Ebina
As the winner of America's Got Talent, Ebina will receive $1 million of grand prize and will headline a show in Las Vegas.
Prior to the grand finale, Ebina shared how he told his daughter that he has made it to the finals, and she said she was very proud of him. Moreover, if he can win the America's Got Talent 2013 first place, then he would feel "incredible." Indeed, he and his family must be feel overjoyed.
