Duck Dynasty Season 4 premieres is set for August 14 at 10 p.m. on A&E with an hour-long episode that will include Phil and Kay’s vow renewal.
The episode, which is entitled "Till Duck Do We Part," will feature Phil, dressed in his finest camouflage pants and bandana, renewing his wedding vows to Kay, his wife of 49 years.
Season four will also welcome a new addition to the cast: Alan Robertson, Phil Robertson's eldest son, who doesn't have a beard!
The special ceremony for Phil and Kay will be officiated by their pastor son, Alan. The 47-year-old pastor quit his day job to join the family business as the public relations manager. His younger brothers are Willie, Jase, and Jep.
Alan told the New York Post that he is happy to join the reality show, and hopes the series' popularity will allow him to spread the word of God to more people.
"What I do for our church -- you see, it's a pretty good-sized church -- impacts a lot of people, but because of my association with the show, I'll get to minister to a lot more people," he told the Post. "Any person that's an evangelist, that's what you want to do, so I had to give this up for something possibly bigger."
Family dinners are a big part of the show, and at the end of each episode, the Robertson family prays before the meal — a tradition they insisted on continuing when A&E began filming. And he thinks viewers will see more of the family’s faith now that he’s signed on.
The rest of the cast -- Phil, Willie, Jase, Jep, Phil's brother Si and wife Kaye -- will also be back on board for the undoubtedly adventure-filled season.
