Nick Vujicic gave his motivation speech to 35,000 people packed in a soccer stadium in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and millions more watched the later broadcast of it.
According to Vujicic’s blog, the event featured music performances ranging from traditional Vietnamese dance to dubstep and break dancing on stage.
Despite a threatening thunderstorm and a forecast of rain, more attendees crowded the space than the organizing committee had expected.
Vujicic wrote at the end of his blog post, “Vietnam, I love you. You will always have a special place in my heart.”
